Live Stock (POS Deduction)

Stock Count

Guided stock counts with expected-vs-actual reconciliation. Variances are highlighted and logged for shrinkage analysis.

Auto Reorder

Par-based suggestions create a draft purchase order per supplier in one click the moment stock falls below minimum. Approval and sending stay with a human.

Movement History (FIFO)

Every receipt, consumption and adjustment is logged; consumption draws from the oldest batch (FIFO) at that batch’s purchase cost — for accurate costing, freshness and batch-level recall traceability.

Food Cost & Shrinkage

Stock value and shrinkage per location in real time. In the cost report, actual usage is measured against recipe theoretical automatically, per ingredient (POS × recipe) — food-cost share included.
