I founded Gastrolie because I experienced the gap between operational reality and available technology in hospitality firsthand. Our mission is to close that gap — with a platform truly built for the industry.
What was broken.
Gastrolie was born from years of hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. Our founder, Timur Aynacı, witnessed the challenges firsthand — paper-based audits, inconsistent standards across locations, financial discrepancies, and safety issues falling through the cracks.
