OCR processing runs on EU hosting, originals in R2. By default no data leaves the EU — the optional AI fallback (Anthropic, US) only runs when a tenant explicitly enables it.

Up to 3 parallel scans (semaphore throttle), originals signed with hash for GoBD §146. Soft-delete for cancellations with sweep cleanup.
