Open the digest and Gastrolie AI condenses the last 24 hours of chat into a few bullets: topics, decisions, open escalations — per branch. Managers skim the recap instead of scrolling every room.
Hierarchy Escalation
Flag a message or send it with 🚨 — if it stays unresolved, it auto-climbs the hierarchy after a set window: branch manager → regional manager → owner. Window and chain are configurable.
Owner Exclude + Soft-Delete
Owners are excluded from branch rooms — no silent lurking. The soft-delete sweep auto-removes deactivated members, so no ghost accounts linger.
Mute, Mention, Push
@-mentions surface in the owner digest. Per-room mute toggle. Native push via VAPID on iOS/Android. WhatsApp fallback for emergencies (roadmap).
